No. Every price is per piece and excludes GST, so you can compare like-for-like. The GST rate is shown on each product (most items are 18%), and your cart adds the GST line for you. Every order is billed on a GST invoice.

Disposables are packed and priced by the carton, and each product shows exactly how many pieces a carton holds and what that carton costs. You can switch any cart line to pieces; we confirm part-carton availability when we confirm your order.

Nothing is charged on the website today. You place an order request; we confirm stock, freight to your PIN code and the final GST invoice, and then share payment details. Online payment will be switched on here soon.

Add your delivery PIN code to the order request and we will confirm the delivery options and freight for your location before you pay.

Yes — personalisation is what we do best. Cups, food boxes, clamshells, carry bags, cutlery sleeves, belly bands, labels and seals, even debossing on moulded fibre. Try it in the Brand Studio, then request a quote; quantity, finish and timeline are quoted per job.

No. Your logo stays in your browser — it is drawn onto the 3D mock-up on your own device and never uploaded. When you request a quote, you choose what to send us.

Bagasse (sugarcane fibre) is widely used for hot, oily and wet food. Heat and microwave tolerance varies from item to item, so tell us how you will use it and we will share the specification for the exact product before you order.

Product photos show the actual item. Where we do not have a photo yet, you will see a drawing of the item type, with the capacity, size and carton details listed. Ask us and we will send you a picture before you order.

PET is crystal-clear and great for cold food and display. PP takes more heat and is the usual choice for hot gravies and microwave reheating. Paper and board are printable and light. Bagasse and cornstarch are plant-based and compostable in the right facilities. Filter the shop by material, or ask us to suggest a pack.

Bagasse is plant fibre. Under industrial composting conditions, plant-fibre packaging breaks down in weeks to months; home composting is slower. Certification depends on the individual product — ask us for the documents for the items you want to use.

Yes. Request a sample kit from the Bulk & B2B page, tell us what you are packing, and we will confirm what goes in the kit, and any charge, before it is sent.

Yes. Use the volume-quote builder to add every product you need with carton quantities; we reply with a single quotation for the lot.
